Section 11-88-12 Establishment and revision of rates, fees, and charges for services rendered
by authority; applicability of provisions of section to authority organized to construct and
operate sewer system. (a) Rates, fees, and charges for water service, sewer service, and fire
protection service rendered by the authority from any of its water systems, sewer systems,
or fire protection facilities shall be so fixed and from time to time revised as at all times
to provide funds at least sufficient to: (1) Pay the cost of operating, maintaining, repairing,
replacing, extending and improving the systems and facilities, or either, from which such

Section 16-17A-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have

Section 22-27-49 Moratorium on issuance of permits. (a) For the purpose of evaluating solid
waste management problems facing the state and to allow for the development of comprehensive
plans to identify and provide for the state's solid waste management needs, there is hereby
imposed a moratorium on the issuance by the Department of Environmental Management of any
new or modified permits or transfers of existing permits for solid waste management facilities
which receive or are intended to receive wastes not generated by the permittee. Said moratorium

Section 37-13-11 Bonds of authority - Generally. Each authority shall have the power and is
hereby authorized at any time and from time to time to issue and sell its revenue bonds for
any of its corporate purposes. The principal of and the interest on all such bonds shall be

Section 41-10-626 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time
to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting economic
development and industrial recruitment as specified by the Legislature from time to time by
