Section 45-29-80 Supplemental salaries of circuit judges and district attorney. The governing bodies of the counties composing the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to pay to each circuit judge and the district attorney of such circuit a supplemental salary in the amount of 15 percent of their respective compensation paid by the state. The payment of such amount shall be proportioned equally among the counties comprising the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit and shall be paid in equal monthly installments out of the general fund or any other funds as may be available for such purpose. All appeals from the rulings of the board of equalization fixing value of property shall be taken within 30 days after the final decision of said board fixing the assessed valuation as provided in this chapter.
