Section 33-13-8 Fiscal year; reports and recommendations. The authority shall have the same fiscal year as the state. The authority shall during each fiscal year submit a report of its activities and development plans to the Legislature. It may from time to time make recommendations to the Legislature, based upon study and analysis, for the better handling of commerce passing in and through the state docks facilities, for the increase and improvement of transportation facilities, for the more economical and expeditious handling of such commerce and for the development and promotion of both domestic and foreign trade.
