Section 40-17-359 Distribution and use of proceeds. (a) For the purpose of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below: (1) BASE ANNUAL COUNTY DISTRIBUTION. Five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000). (2) COST OF COLLECTION. The amounts from the proceeds of the highway gasoline tax that may be appropriated by the Legislature to the department for its operating expenses. (3) COUNTY. Each county in the state. Section 12-17-226.10 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the terms of the pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, as practicable as possible, the costs of the program to the offender, and the period of time after which the district attorney must dispose of the charges against the offender. Section 41-23-213 Grant program; rulemaking authority; Alabama Broadband Accessibility Fund. (a) The Director of ADECA may establish and administer the broadband accessibility grant program for the purpose of promoting the deployment and adoption of broadband Internet access services to unserved areas.
