Section 32-6-4.2 Nondriver identification cards - Expiration; renewal, suspension, and revocation;
fraudulent use or misuse. (a) Each nondriver identification card issued to any person, except
cards issued pursuant to Section 32-6-4.1, who is less than 62 years of age shall expire eight
years from the date of issuance or as otherwise provided by the rules and regulations of the
Director of the Department of Public Safety. (b) Each nondriver identification card issued
to any person who is 62 years of age or older or to any person pursuant to Section 32-6-4.1
shall expire as provided by the rules and regulations of the Director of the Department of
Public Safety. (c) Each nondriver identification card may be subject to renewal, reissue,

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any
person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor chemical

Section 32-6-4.1 Special nondriver identification cards - Issuance; fees; expiration. In addition
to the drivers' licenses and nondriver identification cards provided for in Section 32-6-4,
the Director of the state Department of Public Safety shall promulgate the necessary rules
and regulations for the issuance of special nondriver identification cards. The Department

Section 33-5-52 Boater safety certification generally. (a) Every person, except those specifically
exempted by statutory enactment, within five years from April 28, 1994, shall procure a boater
safety certification before operating a motorized vessel upon the waters of this state, as

wire baskets. (a) The Director of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is
hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate rules and regulations authorizing the taking,
