Section 32-3-7 Allocation of funds - Department of Education or any educational institution
for prelicensing driver education and training program. The State Safety Coordinating Committee
is hereby authorized to allocate any funds appropriated to it to the Department of Education
or to any educational institution in Alabama for the sole purpose of instituting and conducting
a program of prelicensing driver education and training. All funds so allocated shall be set
up in a special fund in the State Treasury known as the "Driver Education and Training
Fund" which shall be used solely for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this

Section 32-5-313 Disposition of funds. All moneys collected pursuant to Section 12-14-14 and
Section 12-19-1, et seq., for disbursement to the State Drivers' Fund shall be forwarded by
