This chapter does not apply to or affect any of the following: (1) A lien given by statute or rule of law to a supplier of services or materials for the manufactured home. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) DEALER.
