Section 8-38-5 Notice of security breach - Individuals affected. (a) A covered entity that
is not a third-party agent that determines under Section 8-38-4 that, as a result of a breach
of security, sensitive personally identifying information has been acquired or is reasonably
believed to have been acquired by an unauthorized person, and is reasonably likely to cause
substantial harm to the individuals to whom the information relates, shall give notice of
the breach to each individual. (b) Notice to individuals under subsection (a) shall be made
as expeditiously as possible and without unreasonable delay, taking into account the time
necessary to allow the covered entity to conduct an investigation in accordance with Section

Section 13A-11-75.1 Pistol permit for retired military personnel. (a) The words retired military
veteran as used in this section, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning,
means only those persons who are retirees from active duty in the Army, or the Navy, or the
Marine Corps, or the Air Force, or the Coast Guard of the United States or any reserve or
National Guard component thereof. (b) Any retired military veteran who meets the conditions
for issuance of a pistol permit pursuant to Section 13A-11-75 shall be eligible to obtain
the pistol permit without paying a fee for the permit. Upon approval of the pistol permit
application, the pistol permit shall be issued by the sheriff of the county in which the veteran
resides upon presentation by the retired military veteran of the United States government

Section 20-2-190.2 Electronic drug offender tracking system. (a) For the purposes of this section,
the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DRUG RELATED CONVICTION. Any conviction
or plea of nolo contendere for the offense of possession, distribution, trafficking, or any
