Section 6-5-347 Agritourism. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) AGRICULTURAL. As defined in Section 41-14-51. (2) AGRITOURISM
ACTIVITY. Any of the following, whether or not a participant provides monetary or other valuable
compensation to participate in, view, or enjoy: a. An activity at an agricultural operation,
which is not already addressed under Sections 6-5-337 or 35-15-40, including, but not limited
to, farming, ranching, historic and cultural agricultural activities, self-pick farms, or

Section 9-11-500 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following words have the following
meanings: (1) GAME ANIMAL. A species of animal designated by the Commissioner of Conservation
and Natural Resources pursuant to Section 9-2-7, as a game or fur-bearing animal, any game
or fur-bearing animal that exists historically and naturally in the wild within this state,
or any game animal of the species of the family Cervidae (deer) that exists within this state
in the wild as a result of the natural expansion of its range prior to May 1, 2006, which
are white-tailed deer, fallow deer, and elk. (2) NONINDIGENOUS ANIMAL. A species of animal,

Section 26-16-70 Membership; eligibility. (a) For purposes of this section, the following terms
