Section 28-4-3 Applicability of laws as to possession, transportation or delivery of prohibited
liquors to possession or receipt of wine, pure alcohol, etc., for sacramental purposes, domestic
use, etc., generally. The laws against possession, transportation or delivery of prohibited
liquors shall not apply to the possession of wine or cordial made from grapes or other fruit
when the grapes or other fruit are grown by the person making the same for his own domestic
use upon his own premises in this state and when such person keeps such wine or cordial for
his own domestic use on his own premises in any quantity not exceeding five gallons for one

Section 28-4-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Section 2-27-14 Prohibited acts. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute, sell,

Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a) The purpose
of this section is to establish within the Legislature complete control over regulation and
policy pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories in order to ensure that
such regulation and policy is applied uniformly throughout this state to each person subject
to the state's jurisdiction and to ensure protection of the right to keep and bear arms recognized

Section 13A-11-90 Restrictions on firemarms by employers. (a) Except as provided in subdivision
(b), a public or private employer may restrict or prohibit its employees, including those
with a permit issued or recognized under Section 13A-11-75, from carrying firearms while on
