Section 28-3A-1.5 Nonprofit special events retail license. (a) Definitions. As used in this
section and Section 28-3A-6, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) NONPROFIT
SPECIAL EVENTS RETAIL LICENSE. A license issued pursuant to subsection (b) for the sale of
beer, wine, or liquor. (2) QUALIFYING ORGANIZATION. A bona fide nonprofit organization operating
in the state that satisfies all of the following requirements: a. Operates without profit
to the organization's members. b. Is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal
Revenue Code. c. Satisfies at least one of the following requirements: 1. Has been continuously
in existence in the state for a minimum of three years. 2. Is affiliated with a parent organization
that has been in existence in the state for a minimum of three years. 3. Has reorganized and
is continuing its mission under a new name on file with the Secretary of State and with a

Section 28-4A-3 Brewpub licensing and requirements; conditions. (a) In addition to the licenses
authorized to be issued and renewed by the board pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing
Code codified as Chapter 3A of this title, the board, upon applicant's compliance with this
chapter, Chapter 3A and the rules adopted thereunder, and the conditions set forth in subsection

Section 11-81-244 Application for funding; administration of program; powers and duties of
local governments; installation of improvements; assessments. (a) A real property owner in
a designated region may apply to a local government under a program for funding to finance
a qualified project and enter into a written contract with the local government. Costs of

Section 11-51-90 Municipal business licenses; branch offices; application. (a) All municipalities
shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation,
occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may
be engaged in or carried on in the municipality. (2) To fix the amount of licenses, the time
for which they are to run, not exceeding one license year, to provide a penalty for doing

Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize
