Section 28-3A-25 Unlawful acts and offenses; penalties. (a) It shall be unlawful: (1) For any manufacturer, importer, or wholesaler, or the servants, agents, or employees of the same, to sell, trade, or barter in alcoholic beverages between the hours of nine o'clock p.m. of any Saturday and two o'clock a.m. of the following Monday. (a) Service of process upon an insurer pursuant to Section 27-10-51 shall be made by delivering to, and leaving with, the commissioner, or some person in apparent charge of his office, two copies thereof and the payment to him of such fees as may be prescribed by law. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
