Section 36-25A-7 Executive sessions. (a) Executive sessions are not required by this chapter,
but may be held by a governmental body only for the following purposes: (1) To discuss the
general reputation and character, physical condition, professional competence, or mental health
of individuals, or, subject to the limitations set out herein, to discuss the job performance
of certain public employees. However, except as provided elsewhere in this section, discussions
of the job performance of specific public officials or specific public employees may not be
discussed in executive session if the person is an elected or appointed public official, an
appointed member of a state or local board or commission, or a public employee who is one
of the classification of public employees required to file a statement of economic interests

Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION. The term "depository institution" has the same meaning
as in Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and includes any credit union. (2) FEDERAL
BANKING AGENCIES. The term "federal banking agencies" means the Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Director of the Office
of Thrift Supervision, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Deposit Insurance

Section 10A-9A-6.03 Dissociation as a general partner. A person is dissociated from a limited
partnership as a general partner when any of the following occurs: (1) the limited partnership
has notice of the person's express will to dissociate as a general partner, except that if

Section 25-4-145 Penalties; limitation of actions; collection of overpayments; waiver of overpayments.
