Section 11-43C-66 Head of division of finance - Powers and duties. The head of the division of finance shall have general management and control of the division and of finance. (b) As used in this section, state sales tax means the tax imposed by Article 1 of Chapter 23 of Title 40 and state use tax means the tax imposed by Article 2 of Chapter 23 of Title 40.
