Section 13A-7-29 Criminal littering. (a) A person commits the crime of criminal littering if
he or she engages in any of the following acts: (1) Knowingly deposits in any manner litter
on any public or private property or in any public or private waters without permission to
do so. For purposes of this subdivision, any series of items found in the garbage, trash,
or other discarded material including, but not limited to, bank statements, utility bills,
bank card bills, and other financial documents, clearly bearing the name of a person shall
constitute a rebuttable presumption that the person whose name appears on the material knowingly
deposited the litter. Advertising, marketing, and campaign materials and literature shall
not be sufficient to constitute a rebuttable presumption of criminal littering under this

Section 22-9A-13 Reports of fetal death; reports of induced termination of pregnancy. (a) A
report of fetal death shall be filed with the Office of Vital Statistics, or as otherwise
directed by the State Registrar, within five days after the occurrence is known if the fetus
has advanced to, or beyond, the twentieth week of uterogestation. (1) When a fetal death occurs
in an institution, the person in charge of the institution or his or her designated representative
shall prepare and file the report. (2) When a fetal death occurs outside an institution, the

Section 13A-9-150 Public assistance fraud; penalties. (a) For the purposes of this section,
public assistance means money or property provided directly or indirectly to eligible persons
through programs of the federal government, the state, or any political subdivision thereof,

Section 13A-11-72 Certain persons forbidden to possess pistol. (a) No person who has been convicted
in this state or elsewhere of committing or attempting to commit a crime of violence, misdemeanor

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any
person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor chemical
violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting requirements
