Section 41-9-243 Composition of commission. The commission shall consist of 21 members, one
of whom shall be the Governor, one of whom shall be the Lieutenant Governor, one of whom shall
be the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be the Director of the Department
of Archives and History, one of whom shall be the Director of the Alabama Tourism Department,
