Section 34-23-32 Manufacturer, bottler, packager, repackager, etc., of drugs. (a) Commencing on August 1, 2017, every manufacturer, bottler, packager, repackager, third party logistic provider, wholesale drug distributor, private label distributor, outsourcing facility, or pharmacy business identified in the supply chain of drugs, medicines, chemicals, or poisons for medicinal purposes shall register annually with the board by application for a permit on a form furnished by the board and accompanied by a fee to be determined by the board as follows: (1) The fee shall not be less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) for a new establishment. (2) The fee shall not be less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a renewal permit. Section 31-13-28 Voter registration eligibility and requirements. (a) Applications for voter registration shall contain voter eligibility requirements and such information as is necessary to prevent duplicative voter registrations and enable the county board of registrars to assess the eligibility of the applicant and to administer voter registration, identify the applicant and to determine the qualifications of the applicant as an elector and the facts authorizing such person to be registered.
