Section 16-1-18.1 Accumulation of sick leave. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person employed full time as provided by law by those employers enumerated in this section; and adult bus drivers. (2) EMPLOYER. Section 9-17-175 Alabama Propane Education and Research Council. (a) The qualified industry organization shall select members of the council from nominations made by retail marketers and wholesalers operating in the State of Alabama. Vacancies in the unfinished terms of council members shall be filled in the same manner as were the original appointments. (a) A public corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits.
