Section 17-5-8 Reports of contributions and expenditures by candidates, committees, and officials;
filing; procedure. (a) The treasurer, designated filing agent, or candidate, shall file with
the Secretary of State or judge of probate, as designated in Section 17-5-9, periodic reports
of contributions and expenditures at the following times once a principal campaign committee
files its statement under Section 17-5-4 or a political action committee files its statement
of organization under Section 17-5-5: (1) Beginning after the 2012 election cycle, regardless
of whether a candidate has opposition in any election, monthly reports not later than the
second business day of the subsequent month, beginning 12 months before the date of any primary,
special, runoff, or general election for which a political action committee or principal campaign

Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term,
"ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor
vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol
level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall
be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the
operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. (b)
The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by trained
technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in the proper
use of the device. The use of a mail in or remote calibration system where the technician

Section 40-18-39 Corporate returns. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), every corporation,
joint stock company, or association subject to income tax under this chapter shall file a
return with the Department of Revenue for each taxable year, stating specifically the items
