Section 25-2-18 Board of appeals - Promulgation, amendment, etc., of rules and regulations - Effective date; publication, etc. All rules and regulations and all amendments and repeals thereof by the board of appeals shall, unless otherwise prescribed by the board of appeals, take effect 30 days after the first publication thereof and after a certified copy thereof shall have been filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
