co-venturers, and professional solicitors; notification of changes; exempt persons; annual
report; prohibition against fund raising by unregistered person; contracts between professional

of process; use of name of charitable organization without consent; disclosure by solicitors;

Section 34-25A-5 Application for licensure or registration. (a) Except as provided in subsection
(h) or (i), no person shall administer prosthetic, orthotic, or pedorthic care in this state
unless licensed or registered to do so in accordance with this chapter. The board shall issue
approved forms for application prior to January 1, 2003. (b) In order to obtain a license

Section 36-25-1 Definitions. Whenever used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) BUSINESS. Any corporation, partnership, proprietorship, firm,

Section 34-24-70 Qualifications of applicants. (a) The following constitute the requirements
for the issuance of a certificate of qualification for a license to practice medicine in this
