Section 16-25-19 Administration. (a) The general administration and responsibility for the proper operation of the retirement system and for making effective the provisions of this chapter are hereby vested in a board of trustees which shall be known as the Board of Control and shall be organized immediately after a majority of the trustees provided for in this section shall have qualified and taken the oath of office. (b) The board shall consist of 15 trustees as follows: (1) The State Superintendent of Education, ex officio. (2) The State Treasurer, ex officio. (3) The state Director of Finance, ex officio. (4) Twelve elected members of the retirement system. Section 26-2A-152 Powers of conservator in administration. (a) Subject to limitation provided in Section 26-2A-154, a conservator shall have all of the powers conferred in this section and any additional powers now or hereafter conferred by law on trustees in this state. Section 16-13-231 Purposes and plan of apportionment. (a) In addition to all other appropriations and apportionments of public school money now provided by law and made available for public schools there shall be apportioned and paid to local boards of education from the Foundation Program Fund, the amounts to be determined as hereinafter provided and in accordance with regulations of the State Board of Education. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. During the first year next following October 1, 1988, the amount of the annual Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
