Section 8-26B-5 Registration as athlete agent; application; requirements; reciprocal registration. (a) An applicant for registration as an athlete agent shall submit an application for registration to the Secretary of State in a form prescribed by the Secretary of State. The applicant must be an individual, and the application must be signed by the applicant under penalty of perjury. Section 25-11-5 Reporting of new hires, etc.; duties of department. (a) An employer shall report to the department, within seven days of hiring, each new hire, recall, or rehire. The information to be reported shall include the name, address, Social Security number, and date of hire of each newly hired, recalled, or rehired individual and the name, address, and state and federal identification numbers of the employer.
