Section 25-14-4 Construction of provisions; scope of business; taxation; competitive bidding; employment information provided by professional employer organization. (a) Neither this chapter nor a professional employer agreement may affect, modify, or amend any collective bargaining agreement, or the rights or obligations of any client, professional employer organization, or covered employee under the federal National Labor Relations Act, or any other similar law.
