Section 25-12-5 Installation and operation to conform with rules and regulations. No boiler
or pressure vessel which does not conform to the rules and regulations of the department governing
new construction and installation shall be installed and operated in this state after 12 months
from the date upon which the first rules and regulations under this chapter pertaining to

Section 25-12-8 Chief inspector. (a) The secretary may appoint as chief inspector a citizen
of this state who at the time of the appointment shall have not less than five years' experience
in the construction, installation, inspection, operation, maintenance, or repair of high pressure

Section 23-1-382 Possession, display, of federal license, certificate, rating, or permit; exceptions.
(a) The federal license, certificate, rating, or permit required to operate an aircraft shall
be kept in the personal possession of an aircraft operator when he or she is operating an

Section 2-25-9 Affixation of official tags to boxes, packages, etc., in which nursery stock
shipped; furnishing of official tags; confiscation of boxes, packages, etc., shipped into
state without official tags. Each box, bundle or package of nursery stock moved into or within
the State of Alabama shall have a valid official tag bearing a copy of the certificate of
inspection and seal of the Department of Agriculture and Industries conspicuously attached.
Official tags will be furnished at cost through the commissioner. Certificate tags are not
required on local retail sales where such sales are made directly to the ultimate user of
such nursery stock. Each box, bundle or package of nursery stock shipped into or within Alabama
by any person shall bear a valid certificate tag, and shipments of stock not thus tagged shall

Section 22-28-12 Motor vehicle emissions. (a) As the state of knowledge and technology relating
to the control of emissions from motor vehicles may permit or make appropriate, and in furtherance
of the purposes of this chapter, the commission may provide by rules and regulations for the
control of emissions from any class or classes of motor vehicles. Such rules and regulations
may, in addition, prescribe requirements for the installation and use of equipment designed
to reduce or eliminate emissions and for the proper maintenance of such equipment and of such
