Section 21-7-3 Right to full use of streets, sidewalks, public buildings, public facilities,
etc. (a) An individual with a disability is entitled to full and equal accommodations, advantages,
facilities, and privileges in every public accommodation. (b) A public accommodation shall
modify its policies, practices, and procedures to permit the use of a service animal by an
individual with a disability. (c) This chapter does not require a person, firm, business,
or corporation, or an agent thereof, to modify or provide a vehicle, premises, facility, or

Section 38-4-14 Limitations on use of public assistance benefits. (a) For the purposes of this
section, the term public assistance benefits means money or property provided directly or
indirectly to eligible persons through programs of the federal government, the state, or any
political subdivision thereof, and administered by the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
(b)(1) A recipient of public assistance benefits may not use any portion of the benefits for
the purchase of any alcoholic beverage, tobacco product, or lottery ticket. Any person who

(a)(1) Notwithstanding any other fines, restitution, court costs, or docket fees, upon conviction
for the offense of promoting prostitution under Division 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 12, or
