Section 36-29A-8 Trust fund disputes. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE (ALJ). An independent third-party

Section 24-8-11 Procedures for investigation; subpoenas. (a) In conducting an investigation,
the office shall have access at all reasonable times to premises, records, documents, individuals,
and other evidence or possible sources of evidence and may examine, record, and copy the materials

Section 42-2-6 Conduct of hearing; order granting or refusing application; appeal from grant

relief and award. (a) A civil action must be commenced within one year after the alleged discriminatory
