Section 24-1-9 Issuance, etc., of notes and bonds by housing authorities validated. (a) All proceedings, acts and things undertaken or done prior to July 7, 1943, in or for the authorization, issuance, execution, and delivery of notes and bonds by housing authorities for the purpose of financing or aiding in the development or construction of a housing project or projects, and all notes and bonds issued by housing authorities prior to July 7, 1943, are hereby validated and declared legal in all respects.
