Section 16-18A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. The Private Colleges and Universities Facilities Authority created by this chapter and any successor or successors thereto. Any change in name or composition of the authority shall in no way affect the vested rights of any person under the provisions of this chapter. (2) PROJECT. A structure or structures available for use as a dormitory or other student housing facility, a dining hall, student union, administration building, academic building, library, laboratory, research facility, classroom, athletic facility, health care facility, maintenance, storage or utility facility and other structures or facilities related thereto or required or useful for the instruction of students or the conducting of research or the operation of an institution of higher education, whether proposed, under construction or...

Section 2-3A-35 Refunding bonds. Pursuant to the provisions of Amendment 618 and this article, the authority may, at any time and from time to time, issue for the state refunding bonds of the state for the purpose of refunding any or all of the bonds authorized by Amendment 618 then outstanding (including any refunding bonds that may have been previously issued), whether such refunding shall occur before, at or after the maturity of the bonds to be refunded. In the discretion of the authority, refunding bonds may be issued in exchange for such outstanding bonds or they may be sold and the proceeds thereof applied to the purchase, redemption or payment of such outstanding bonds. Section 45-23A-22 Television cable system. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply only to the City of Daleville in Dale County. (b) The municipal corporation of the City of Daleville in Dale County shall have the right to establish, purchase, construct, maintain, and operate a television cable system and to furnish television cable service to their residents and residents of surrounding territory.
