(a) The authority shall be authorized to construct, maintain, control, operate, and manage a civic center in the City of Florence. Section 22-23A-11 Establishment of dedicated source of revenue by community water system for funding of loan by authority; powers of water system; default; repayment guidelines; project accounts.
