Section 8-6-11 Registration of securities - Exempt transactions. (a) Except as hereinafter
in this section expressly provided, Sections 8-6-3 through 8-6-9 shall not apply to any of
the following transactions: (1) Any isolated nonissuer transaction, whether effected through

Section 27-17A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following

Section 32-5A-182 Reduced speed school zones established. A reduced speed school zone is established
for any school in the county outside the corporate limits of a municipality, including schools
along state-maintained roads or highways. (1) At an appropriate distance before reaching a
reduced speed school zone, an appropriate sign or signs shall be erected warning of the approaching
reduced speed school zone. (2) A sign or signs at the end of the school zone shall designate

Section 32-9-29.1 Special permits for movement of certain site-built buildings. (a) The Director
of the State Department of Transportation or the official of the State Department of Transportation
designated by the director may, at his or her discretion, upon application and for good cause
being shown therefor, issue special permits to the applicant, for movement on or over the
public highways, for motor vehicles when used in the transportation of site-built residential
buildings or otherwise, which had at one time been affixed to a permanent foundation; provided,
however, that this section shall not extend to those motor vehicles used in the transportation
of what is commonly referred to as mobile homes, house trailers, prefabricated housing, or

repository of case information, which shall be known as the State Case Registry and shall

Section 23-1-7 Signs, markers, and advertising - Tourist attractions. (a) Upon the request
of the Director of the Bureau of Tourism and Travel, the Director of the State Department

owner or occupant shall store solid waste on his or her premises or property or shall require
it to be stored or handled in such a manner as to prevent the propagation, or harborage of
rats or arthropod vectors or the creation of a sanitary nuisance. (b) All garbage and putrescible
matter or mixed garbage and rubbish shall be stored in containers which are nonabsorbent,
water-tight, vector resistant, durable, easily cleaned, and designed for safe handling; or
in paper or plastic bags having sufficient strength and water tightness and which are designed
