Section 23-2-149 Trust agreements securing bond issues; authorized provisions protecting holders;
pledge of revenues. In the discretion of the authority, any bonds issued under the provisions
of this article may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the authority and a corporate
trustee, which may be any trust company, or bank having the powers of a trust company, within
or without the state. The trust agreement or the resolution providing for the issuance of
such bonds subject to the provisions of Section 23-2-147, may pledge or assign tolls or other
revenues to which the authority's right then exists or which may thereafter come into existence,
and the moneys derived therefrom, and the proceeds of such bonds; provided, however, that
the trust agreement or resolution shall not convey or mortgage any toll road, bridge or tunnel

Section 11-50A-17 Contracts for use of projects; purchase of electric power; payment of charges;
indemnity; enforcement of performance. (a) Any municipality, if authorized by resolution or
ordinance of its governing body, may contract with the authority for the payment of any rates,
tolls, fees, and other charges prescribed in this section and Section 11-50A-18 by the authority
for the output, capacity, use or service by the municipality of any projects or other resources

Section 11-92C-9 Bonds of authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by an authority
shall be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing or sale
by the board of its projects, or from any other source as may be designated in the proceedings

Section 23-2-150 Authority to collect tolls, revenues, etc.; to lease to utilities; toll rates
adjusted to conform to trust agreement. The authority is hereby authorized to fix, revise,
charge, and collect tolls for the use of each toll road, bridge or tunnel project and the

Section 11-50A-18 Revenues of authority; rates; assignment to trustee; use of revenues. (a)
For the purpose of earning sufficient revenues to make possible the payment of all ownership
costs of the authority relating to any project, the authority is authorized, empowered and
