Section 45-32-60.01 Fee for death certificates; mileage allowance. REPEALED IN THE 2020 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2020-74 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) This section shall apply only in Greene County. (b)(1) The Greene County Commission shall pay the coroner for each death certificate issued a total fee of forty dollars ($40) to be paid from the general fund of the county. (2) The county commission shall provide the coroner with a total mileage allowance rate in the same amount as the rate per mile paid to state employees from the general fund of the county for the actual use by the coroner of his or her personal motor vehicle in the performance of his or her official duties as coroner. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH RESULTING IN STILLBIRTH.
