Section 34-13A-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ABGC. The American Board of Genetic Counseling, or its successor or equivalent. (2) ABMGG. The American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics, or its successor or equivalent. (3) ACGC. The Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling, or its successor or equivalent. (4) BOARD. The Alabama Board of Genetic Counseling. (5) EXAMINATION FOR LICENSURE. The ABGC or ABMGG certification examination, or the examination provided by a successor entity to the ABGC or ABMGG, to test the competence and qualifications of applicants to practice genetic counseling. (6) GENETIC COUNSELING. The provision of services by a genetic counselor to do any of the following: a. Section 22-52-91 Duty of law enforcement officer, community mental health officer to take into custody alleged mentally ill persons; detention; admission; hearing. (a) When a law enforcement officer is confronted by circumstances and has reasonable cause for believing that a person within the county is mentally ill and also believes that the person is likely to be of immediate danger to self or others, the law enforcement officer shall contact a community mental health officer. (a) The Department of Public Health shall publish within 180 days after October 14, 2002, and shall update on an annual basis, the following easily comprehensible printed materials: (1) Geographically indexed printed materials designed to inform the woman of public and private agencies and services available to provide medical and financial assistance to a woman through pregnancy, prenatal care, upon childbirth, and while her child is dependent. Section 34-23-184 Audit procedures; report. (a) The entity conducting an audit shall follow these procedures: (1) The pharmacy contract shall identify and describe in detail the audit procedures. (2) The entity conducting the on-site audit shall give the pharmacy written notice at least two weeks before conducting the initial on-site audit for each audit cycle. If the pharmacy benefit manager does not include their auditing guidelines within their provider manual, then the notice must include a documented checklist of all items being audited and the manual, including the name, date, and edition or volume, applicable to the audit and auditing guidelines. For on-site audits a pharmacy benefit manager shall also provide a list of material that is copied or removed during the course of an audit to the pharmacy. Section 22-9A-13 Reports of fetal death; reports of induced termination of pregnancy. (a) A report of fetal death shall be filed with the Office of Vital Statistics, or as otherwise directed by the State Registrar, within five days after the occurrence is known if the fetus has advanced to, or beyond, the twentieth week of uterogestation. (1) When a fetal death occurs in an institution, the person in charge of the institution or his or her designated representative shall prepare and file the report. Section 22-7A-1 Physician agreements; dentist agreements. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DENTIST.
