Section 14-2-29 Facilities - Leasing - State or agency thereof. (a) The authority is hereby authorized to enter into a lease or leases of any one or more facilities constructed, acquired, reconstructed, renovated or improved by the authority under the provisions of this chapter to and with the department and any other agency, board, commission, bureau or department of the state which may be charged with the responsibility for the operation of any of the penal or correctional institutions of the state. The department and any such other agency, board, commission, bureau or department of the state and each of them are hereby authorized to lease any such facilities from the authority. Section 34-25A-3 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACCREDITED FACILITY. To assure the liquidation of the costs incurred in the installation of facilities at farmers' markets, notwithstanding Article 3 (commencing with Section 9-15-70) of Chapter 15 of Title 9, the commissioner, with approval of the Board of Agriculture and Industries, may enter into contracts whereby persons who desire space or facilities at the markets may lease the facilities or space as necessary for their operation for a term not exceeding 30 years.
