Section 38-15-2 Legislative findings. The Legislature finds that there is a substantial need
to protect children and youth from abuse and neglect by persons entrusted with their physical
custody, and from persons or organizations that advertise, hold themselves out, or lead others
to believe that they will provide them with health, therapeutic, rehabilitative, or disciplinary
services, and from persons employed or exercising authority over them, and who they depend
upon to provide the basic necessities of life. The Legislature further finds that abuse and
neglect often take the form of the withholding of the basic necessities of life, including
food, water, shelter, clothing, and health care through an affirmative act or omission. It
is the intent of the Legislature to implement a baseline of registration and regulation requirements
for religious, faith-based, or church nonprofit, other nonprofit, and for profit affiliated
youth residential facilities and institutions that have...

Section 24-9-7 Disposition of tax delinquent properties. (a) The authority shall adopt rules
and regulations for the disposition of property in which the authority holds a legal interest,
which rules and regulations shall address the conditions set forth in this section. (b) The
authority may manage, maintain, protect, rent, repair, insure, alter, convey, sell, transfer,
exchange, lease as lessor, or otherwise dispose of property or rights or interests in property
in which the authority holds a legal interest to any public or private person for value determined
by the authority on terms and conditions, and in a manner and for an amount of consideration

Section 41-10-260 Definitions. The following terms, wherever used in this article, shall have
the following respective meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY.

Section 41-10-36 Definitions. Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms defined in this
section shall have the following meanings for purposes of this division: (1) AFFECTED BOND.

that persons who participate in equine activities may incur injuries as a result of the risks
