Section 22-30E-3 Definitions. Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, the definition of all terms included in Section 22-30-3 shall be applicable to this chapter. Other definitions as necessary may be promulgated as regulations by the department for further implementation of this chapter. Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous waste disposal site operators.
