Section 11-54-25 Bonds - Security for payment of principal and interest; remedies upon default. The principal of and interest on any bonds issued under the authority of this article shall be secured by a pledge of the revenues out of which such bonds shall be made payable, may be secured by a mortgage covering all or any part of the project from which the revenues so pledged may be derived and may be secured by a pledge of the lease of such project. Section 22-23B-7 Purpose; issuing, selling and refunding of bonds. Section 36-26-27 Dismissals and disciplining of employees generally. (a) An appointing authority may dismiss a classified employee whenever he considers the good of the service will be served thereby, for reasons which shall be stated in writing, served on the affected employee and a copy furnished to the director, which action shall become a public record.
