Section 24-4A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them by this section: (1) COMMISSION. The Alabama Manufactured Housing Commission. (2) APPROVED. Conforming to the recognized codes and regulatory requirements adopted by the commission. (3) APPROVED INSPECTION AGENCY. An organization meeting the commission's requirements to provide inspection of manufactured buildings and to insure compliance with national recognized codes, and rules and regulations adopted by the commission pursuant to this chapter. (4) LOCAL GOVERNMENT. A city or county government. (5) MANUFACTURE. The process of making, fabricating, constructing, forming or assembling a product from raw, unfinished or semifinished materials. Section 34-23-184 Audit procedures; report. (a) The entity conducting an audit shall follow these procedures: (1) The pharmacy contract shall identify and describe in detail the audit procedures. (2) The entity conducting the on-site audit shall give the pharmacy written notice at least two weeks before conducting the initial on-site audit for each audit cycle. If the pharmacy benefit manager does not include their auditing guidelines within their provider manual, then the notice must include a documented checklist of all items being audited and the manual, including the name, date, and edition or volume, applicable to the audit and auditing guidelines. For on-site audits a pharmacy benefit manager shall also provide a list of material that is copied or removed during the course of an audit to the pharmacy. Section 40-7-25.1 Current use value of Class III property - Definition; appraisal of property at request of owner; legislative intent; applicability of section; method of valuation; factors considered in appraisal; rules and regulations of Department of Revenue; hearing objections. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a finding that the child has committed an act which constitutes a felony is sufficient to sustain a finding that the child is in need of care or rehabilitation. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program established under this division, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender.
