Section 22-26-2 Authority of boards of health to require installation of connections with sanitary
sewers, etc.; rules and regulations. The State Board of Health and/or county boards of health,
acting through its duly authorized agents or employees, shall require every person, firm or

Section 22-21-53 Powers. (a) Any district or regional hospital association is hereby authorized
and empowered to exercise the following powers in addition to others granted in this article:

Section 27-21A-32 HMO enrollment requirements. (a) The state government, or any agency, board,
commission, institution, or political subdivision thereof, and any city or county, or board
of education, which offers its employees a health benefits plan may make available to and
inform its employees or members of the option to enroll in at least one health maintenance
organization holding a valid certificate of authority which provides health care services

Section 11-91A-2 Local Government Health Insurance Board; governance and administration of
program. (a) The Local Government Health Insurance Board shall govern and administer the Local
Government Health Insurance Program currently governed and administered by the State Employees'
Insurance Board (SEIB) pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 36. The transfer of the governance
and administration to the board shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2015, and thereafter
the board shall take all control and responsibility for the program under procedures and authority
set out in this chapter. (b) The program governed and administered by the board shall provide

of the owner and developer of each subdivision to have all construction completed in conformity
with this chapter and, prior to beginning any construction or development, to submit the proposed
