contracts. (a) Request for proposals. (1) To solicit, encourage, and guide the development
of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public

of plans, drawings, and specifications for the construction, addition to, or alteration of
health care facilities for the purposes of review and approval, the State Board of Health

Section 40-25-23 Disposition of funds. All revenues collected under the provisions of this
article, except as otherwise provided, shall be paid to the Department of Revenue by check
or draft made payable to the Treasurer of Alabama, and shall be distributed in the following
