Section 12-9-2 Composition; appointment of certain members; terms of office of members. (a)
Such commission shall be composed of the following members: (1) Six members of the House of
Representatives, one of whom shall be the chairman of the Judicial Committee and the other
five of whom shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House from the Judicial Committee of

Section 36-25-5 Use of official position or office for personal gain. (a) No public official
or public employee shall use or cause to be used his or her official position or office to
obtain personal gain for himself or herself, or family member of the public employee or family
member of the public official, or any business with which the person is associated unless

Section 22-21-50 Proceedings to establish. (a) Any one or more local governing bodies located
in the same or contiguous counties, within a zone determined by the State Board of Health
as a zone for public hospitals, may act to establish a hospital association, a body corporate
and politic. Before taking action to establish a hospital association, each local governing
body involved shall give notice of the time, place and purpose of a public hearing at which

Section 21-8-4 Hemophilia Advisory Committee. The Director of the Children's Rehabilitation
