Section 38-9C-4 Rights. The rights of persons with developmental disabilities and traumatic
brain injury include, but are not limited to, all of the following: (1) The right to exercise
the rights of citizens of the United States and the State of Alabama. (2) The right to access
a full array of services appropriate for them as individuals. (3) The right to inclusion in
the community. (4) The right to live, work, be educated, and recreate with people who do not

Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of
this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental
home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects
of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and
family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry
or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location

Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for administrative
costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An individual filing
a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether
or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7). If
any such individual discloses that he or she owes child support obligations, and is determined
to be eligible for unemployment compensation, the secretary shall notify the state or local
child support enforcement agency enforcing such obligation that the individual has been determined
