Section 29-2-6 Duties of transportation department. (a) The transportation department shall
cooperate with the Joint Transportation Committee and shall prepare or cause to be prepared
and furnished to the Joint Transportation Committee, by the third quarterly meeting of each
year, the current STIP for proposed highway construction and any other reports, disclosures,
information, or data requested by Joint Transportation Committee. The transportation department's

Section 41-4-97 Annual report by certain state agencies regarding receipt of federal funds.
(a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(1) FEDERAL RECEIPTS. Federal financial assistance received or administered from federal entities
in the form of grants, loans, loan guarantees, property, cooperative agreements, interest
subsidies, insurance, food commodities, direct appropriations, other assistance, and amounts

Section 45-36-250.01 Reimbursement of surplus funds. (a) Notwithstanding any other law to the
contrary, the Jackson County Commission may reimburse the Jackson County General Fund for
all payments made from the general fund for, or related to, the operation of the Jackson County
Solid Waste Program. Funds used for a reimbursement by the county commission shall be derived
from surplus funds over the operating costs of the Jackson County Solid Waste Program as determined
by standard government fund accounting principles. (b) The county commission may receive a
reasonable administrative fee payable to the Jackson County General Fund by a transfer of
funds from the Solid Waste Fund in an amount up to five percent of the gross revenue generated
by the Jackson County Solid Waste Program on an annual basis in order to reimburse the county

Section 29-9-3 Fiscal year appropriation cap. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law
to the contrary, beginning with appropriations made for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2013, appropriations from the Education Trust Fund shall not exceed the fiscal year appropriation

Section 9-21-7 Aquatic Plant Management Program; disposition of funds. (a) This section constitutes
the Aquatic Plant Management Program. (b) The amount of the Aquatic Plant Management Fund
