Section 37-4-116 Fees for inspection and supervision; payment. (a) Each radio utility, as defined in this article, doing business in this state and subject to the control and jurisdiction of the commission with respect to its rates and service regulations, shall pay quarterly to the commission, beginning on November 1, 1988, and on each quarter thereafter, February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 of each year, a fee for the inspection and supervision of such business during the next preceding fiscal year. Such inspection and supervision fees shall be paid by such radio utilities in addition to any and all property, franchise, license, intangible and other taxes, fees and charges now or hereafter provided by law. Section 40-17-329 Exemptions. (a) Unless otherwise provided for in this subsection, sales of motor fuel to the following are exempt from the tax levied by subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325 and shall not be paid at the rack: (1) All motor fuel exported from this state for which proof of export is available in the form of a terminal issued destination state shipping document that is a. exported by a supplier who is licensed in the destination state or b. is sold by a supplier to a licensed exporter for immediate export to a state for which the applicable destination state motor fuel excise tax has been collected by the supplier who is licensed to remit the tax to the destination state.
