Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved,
adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.
The purposes of this compact are to: 1. Facilitate proper determination of state and local
tax liability of multistate taxpayers, including the equitable apportionment of tax bases
and settlement of apportionment disputes. 2. Promote uniformity or compatibility in significant
components of tax systems. 3. Facilitate taxpayer convenience and compliance in the filing
of tax returns and in other phases of tax administration. 4. Avoid duplicative taxation. Article
II. Definitions. As used in this compact: 1. "State" means a state of the United
States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any territory or possession

Section 6-5-344 Volunteer athletic coach, manager, or official. (a) Notwithstanding any provision
of law to the contrary, no person who provides services or assistance free of charge, except
for reimbursement of expenses, as an athletic coach, manager, or official for a sports team
which is organized or performing as a nonprofit or similar entity or which is a member team
in a league affiliated with an organized county or municipal recreation department, shall
be liable in any civil action for damages to a player, participant, or spectator as a result
of his or her acts or omissions arising out of and in the course of rendering that service
or assistance. (b) This section shall apply to competitions, instruction, practice, and other
activities related to the organized sport. (c) Nothing in this section shall grant immunity
to any of the following: (1) Any person causing damage by his or her willful, wanton, or grossly

Section 45-49-31.05 Funding. The tax proceeds distributed to Mobile County pursuant to Article
10, commencing with Section 28-3-280, of Chapter 3, Title 28, shall be transferred by the
county treasurer to the Mobile County Youth Athletic Board to be deposited as provided in
Section 45-49-31.02. On or before May 10 of each year, each association shall submit to the
board a list of registrants with a request for an appropriation in the amount of fifteen dollars
($15) per registrant. At the time of submission of such request, each association shall also
submit to the board, a check in the amount of 15 percent of their per capita appropriation
request. During the month of April of each year, the secretary-treasurer of the board is authorized
to distribute to each association which is a member of the board, fifteen dollars ($15) for

Section 8-26B-11 Notice to educational institution. (a) In this section, "communicating
or attempting to communicate" means contacting or attempting to contact by an in-person
meeting, a record, or any other method that conveys or attempts to convey a message. (b) Not
later than 72 hours after entering into an agency contract or before the next scheduled athletic
event in which the student athlete may participate, whichever occurs first, the athlete agent

Section 34-40-3 Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers - Appointment of members; annual meeting;

Section 8-19F-4 Fantasy constest procedure requirements. A fantasy contest operator who operates
fantasy contests with an entry fee shall implement commercially reasonable procedures that
are intended to accomplish all of the following: (1) Prevent the fantasy contest operator,
employees of the fantasy contest operator, and relatives living in the same household as the
employees, from competing in any public fantasy contest offered by any fantasy contest operator
