(a) A task force is created to serve under the supervision of the Department of Public Health to establish the Order for PPEL Care form. (2) One representative of rural emergency medical services, appointed by the Governor. (3) One pediatrician caring for medically complex children in an urban area, appointed by the Governor. Section 22-11D-8 Rules and regulations. (a) In accordance with the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, the board, with the advice and after approval of the council, shall promulgate rules to implement and administer this chapter. Rules promulgated by the board may include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Criteria to ensure that severely injured or ill people are promptly transported and treated at designated trauma centers appropriate to the severity of the injury. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially as follows: SECTION 1. Section 22-21A-6 Interstate Advisory Health Care Commission. (a) The Interstate Advisory Health Care Commission is established. The commission consists of members appointed by each member state through a process to be determined by each member state. A member state may not appoint more than two members to the commission and may withdraw membership from the commission at any time. Each commission member is entitled to one vote.
