Section 2-11-8 Rules and regulations. The Board of Agriculture and Industries is hereby authorized to promulgate all general rules and regulations necessary and practicable to the carrying out of the purposes of this article by the commissioner. The commissioner, with the approval of the board, may form or enter into agreements with other agricultural agencies, state and federal, for promotion and development of agricultural products for the purposes of this article, and to provide for payment of expenses thereof from the Agricultural Fund or other funds available to the department.
