Section 40-12-240 Definitions. (a) For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall
have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Alabama Department
of Revenue. (2) ESTABLISHED PLACE OF BUSINESS. A place actually occupied either continuously
or at regular periods at or from which a business or a part thereof is transacted. (3) FARM
TRACTOR. Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily as a farm implement for drawing plows,

Section 32-9-29 Permits for movement of oversized vehicles or loads. (a) Authorized; application;
issuance; seasonal, etc., limitations; refusal, revocation, or cancellation. (1) The Director

Section 35-8A-316 Lien for assessments. (a) The association has a lien on a unit for any assessment
and any other moneys due the association for special assessments or services or charges, such
as water or repairs, levied against that unit or fines imposed against its unit owner from
the time the assessment or fine becomes due. The association's lien may be foreclosed in like
manner as a mortgage on real estate provided the declaration is in conformity with Article
1A of Chapter 10 of this title and subject to the rights under Article 14A of Chapter 5 of
Title 6. The association shall send reasonable advance notice of its proposed action to the

Section 2-22-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
