Section 41-3-1 Reservation of exclusive right and privilege of state to explore, excavate or
survey aboriginal mounds, earthworks, burial sites, etc.; state ownership of objects found
or located therein declared. The State of Alabama reserves to itself the exclusive right and
privilege of exploring, excavating or surveying, through its authorized officers, agents or
employees, all aboriginal mounds and other antiquities, earthworks, ancient or historical

Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. (a) The proceeds from the permit fees,
inspection fees, and penalties, if any, collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries
and the Revenue Commissioner pursuant to Section 8-17-87 together with one-third of the proceeds
of the six cent ($.06) additional motor fuel excise tax levied on gasoline under subdivision

Section 2-26-15 Seed inspection fees; reporting. (a) The Board of Agriculture and Industries
may adopt seed inspection fees. The department shall administer the inspection fees, prescribe
and furnish forms, and require the filing of reports necessary for the payment of the inspection
